Hello, I’m Mistuaki Senoo, I’m an Executive Chef of Ayodya Resort Bali. I’m Japanese, I’ve been working for Ayodya Resort Bali and overseeing around resort especially in Genji Restaurant since August 2015.
As a Japanese, I’m really exciting work in Indonesia and ever been stayed in Manado, Kalimantan then currently stay in Bali and proudly presents Japanese food here with authentic recipe and modern touch.
Actually my background is from Italian, French Cuisine & Japanese. I have three words are describing me as well. Extreme, Passion, Love. Extreme means Concentrate, Details, Assured Food Safety. Passion–In making of every element of a meal as perfect as it possibly can be. Love to infuse it to food.
